2) Your Orders
• Magazine Subscriptions – print, digital, app
Subscriptions to the print edition of EOS magazine are for a duration of one year. A one-year subscription includes four issues, which are published at quarterly intervals. It is your responsibility to notify us of a change of address. Should magazines not arrive, we will only backdate missing issues to include the two most recent issues.
The digital edition of EOS magazine works on a credit-based system, where one credit equals one issue. Once you have purchased an issue, this will be immediately available to you, and will be available to you to read and download indefinitely. Because it is a digital product, there is no automatic right to cancel.
The app edition of EOS magazine is by subscription, which can be on a six-month or annual basis. Subscribing to the app gives you instant access to all of the content contained in the app. However, once the subscription has ended then you lose all access, even to items downloaded into the app. App subscriptions are processed by the app store provider – we have no access to your payment or personal details.

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind for any reason, you have 30 days from the date shown on your receipt to do so. You can exercise this right to withdrawal without penalty, excepting the return fee for the goods. If you exercise the right to withdrawal, you have the option of requesting a full refund or exchange of goods. If an exchange is requested, all shipping expenses shall be your responsibility. You are responsible for all costs incurred in returning the item. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) whilst in your possession, and should also return any items in appropriate packaging so as to preserve their condition in transit. No refunds or exchanges will be made for incomplete or damaged goods. We will issue a refund within 10 working days of receipt of returned goods, subject to satisfactory inspection. Refunds will normally be made via the same method as original payment.
You do not need to contact us before returning an item within the 30 day period. However we recommend that you do contact us, as we may be able to help if you are unsure about the item as to its suitability or compatibility. If you do contact us we will make a note that you intend to return your order. This will assist with the returns procedure.
